Mushroom Studios and Pariah Productions are delighted to bring one of Australia’s most infamous cult classics back to the big screen - CHOPPER.
It’s been 25 years since CHOPPER first shocked a nation and changed the face of Australian cinema.
To mark the milestone, the frightening and savagely funny hit film has been digitally remastered and reloaded once again for the big screen, set to show exclusively in select cinemas for a limited time on August 21.
Producer, Michele Bennett said: “Australians have long held a fascination with Chopper Read. The man himself is no longer with us, but the legend lives on. I’m incredibly proud of this film which connected with so many twenty-five years ago and showcases a bravura performance from Eric Bana and Andrew Dominik’s fearless direction.”
