HOYTS unwraps upgraded cinema for South Australians

Press Release

Australia’s premier cinema chain HOYTS has given its Arndale location the ultimate renovation, unwrapping a fully upgraded cinema in time for local moviegoers to relax, recline, and enjoy over the holiday period.

The refreshed cinema now boasts brand-new standard seating alongside D-BOX Motion Recliners, two-seater Daybeds, and extra-comfy powered recliners. For the first time in HOYTS history, South Australian moviegoers can experience single Daybeds at the Arndale location, offering guests their own space to stretch out into dreamy comfort.

HOYTS Group President and CEO Damian Keogh said HOYTS Arndale has raised the standard for cinemas in the region, offering South Australian guests more choice, enhanced comfort, and the premium experience they’ve been waiting for.

“This renovation further strengthens HOYTS’ position as Australia’s leading cinema exhibitor and reflects our commitment to bringing world-class entertainment to communities such as Arndale and beyond,” Damian said.

“The refurbishment at HOYTS Arndale has finished just in time for the blockbuster season, with a lineup that includes the highly anticipated Avatar: Fire and Ash, action-adventure Anaconda, family-friendly The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, and the suspenseful drama The Housemaid.”

HOYTS continues to invest in state-of-the-art technology and modern amenities that elevate the big-screen experience. At Arndale, these upgrades set a new benchmark for entertainment in South Australia.
