The Voice of Hind Rajab: Madman Entertainment and  Dendy Newtown to hold an  In Conversation screening with  Dr Mo Mustafa

Madman Entertainment and Dendy Newtown, in conjunction with PCRF Australia (Palestine Children’s Relief Fund), will hold a special preview screening of the award-winning film THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB, followed by an In Conversation with Dr Mo Mustafa, a Palestinian-Australian Emergency Physician Trainee and PCRF Australia Ambassador. He has firsthand experience responding to medical crises affecting children in Gaza, and will be joined by additional panellists to be announced.

The preview screening followed by an In Conversation will be held at Dendy Newtown on February 10 at 6.00pmTickets are available here.

THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB was the winner of the Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize at the 2025 Venice Film Festival, where the film received the longest standing ovation ever recorded at the festival.

A film by Kaouther Ben Hania, the Oscar-nominated director of Four Daughters, THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB is on the 2026 Academy Awards shortlist for Best International Feature and was nominated for a Golden Globe. SynopsisJanuary 29, 2024. Red Crescent volunteers receive an emergency call. A 6-year-old girl is trapped in a car under fire in Gaza, pleading for rescue. While trying to keep her on the line, they do everything they can to get an ambulance to her. Her name was Hind Rajab.

The film is based on real events and emergency calls recorded by the Palestine Red Crescent. The voices on the phone are real.

THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB will release in Australian cinemas on March 5, 2026.
