Monet in Paris invites guests to step back in time into the dazzling world of 19th-century Paris where Monet and the Impressionist masters led an unprecedented period of cultural and artistic flourishing. Monet in Paris features breathtaking artworks projected at enormous scale in an epic display of light, colour, sound and fragrance.

From the team that brought Van Gogh Alive to Australia, Grande Experiences and Andrew Kay have created Monet in Paris, a

super-scale arts and entertainment experience for the whole family to enjoy. Visitors will accompany some of the world’s most fearless artists of their time in an exhilarating adventure across 19th-century bohemian Paris and the lush countryside of France. Young and old will be plunged into Monet’s Water Lilies and dance with Degas’ ballerinas in this stunning explosion of life, light and colour. Art meets technology as breathtaking paintings are projected on an enormous scale, illuminating the loose brushwork of Claude Monet, Camille Pissarro, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Berthe Morisot, Mary Cassatt and many more.

Developed by Grande Experiences, SENSORY4â„¢ is a unique system that combines multichannel motion graphics and cinema-quality surround sound to provide one of the most exciting multiscreen environments in the world. SENSORY4â„¢ can transform any exhibition space to create a dynamic, informative, and visually spectacular experience. Incredibly detailed images flow through the mass of projectors and merge with digital surround sound and aromas to saturate the space in a breath-taking immersive display.

Do it for the gram!

Inside and out, there are endless photo opps, including the spectacular Wildflower Room, inspired by Monet’s wildflower garden in Giverny and presented by Mitsubishi Motors Australia, which sees you surrounded by 70,000 wildflowers. Claude Monet lived and worked at the property from 1883 until his death in 1926. The artist’s former home and elaborate gardens, where he produced his famed water lily series, are now the Fondation Claude Monet Museum. You can also step inside one of Monet’s most famous paintings, ‘Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies’, presented by Viking Cruises. Finally, you can stop outside the spectacular Le Grand Palais, a 2,500-metre square custom designed super-scaled marquee featuring six transformative breakout spaces, bars, a café and gift shop, guests will experience a 360-degree immersion into Monet’s world perfect for sharing on socials.

High Tea in Paree

After spending your first hour immersing yourself in the joy of Monet’s art in our S4 Gallery, make your experience one to remember with an afternoon of delicious chef-prepared high tea for two. Guests can indulge in a 3-tiered arrangement of decadent, French-inspired sweets, artisanal savouries, a pot of loose-leaf French tea (or a coffee if you prefer) and a premium glass of Champagne de Saint-Gall, Premier Cru. There is limited availability for this premium experience, so early bookings are recommended. This package is sold as an experience for two people. Tickets are $280 ($140 per person).

Paint Like Monet

After being inspired by the extraordinary Monet in Paris for the first hour of your experience, take your place in front of your easel. Paintbrush in one hand, and a delectable glass of champagne in the other, it promises to be an evening of art like no other. Perfect for a special and fun date experience, or gather your friends for an inspiring and unforgettable night of fun. No experience necessary, and all painting materials are provided! This package is sold as an experience for two people. Tickets are $280 ($140 per person).

Monet by Moonlight

As the sun goes down, step into a world of wonder and enchantment. On Friday nights from 6pm, explore Le Grand Palais in a new light and be immersed in the art and culture of 19th-century Paris. Featuring DJs, specialty cocktails, Never Never Gin & Tonics, and art activations sponsored by Mont Marte, it is the perfect combination of culture, entertainment, and fun. Come along for an unforgettable evening, leaving you with memories that will last a lifetime. There is no extra cost for Monet by Moonlight – the activations are run every Friday evening from 6pm commencing on Friday, 24th November so simply book a Friday night session or an Anytime Ticket to enjoy this fun, upbeat experience.

Le Bistro

Indulge in an exquisite French-inspired menu at Le Bistro. From a classic coq au vin pie to a French onion cheeseburger, the menu has been curated to capture the essence of traditional French cuisine. Browse through a tempting array of French pastries, including macarons and croissants, that will transport you straight to the streets of Paris. All complemented by a luscious cocktail and drinks menu. No bookings are required to enjoy yourself at Le Bistro, arrive at your ticketed time and let the team of friendly staff look after you.
